How do I report a suspicious message or account access?

PerkHarbor support never asks for your password, one-time login code, recovery code, or full payment credentials in chat. Do not share these items, even if the sender says they are support.

If you receive a suspicious message

  1. Do not open its links or send money.
  2. Open PerkHarbor directly and use Help > Report a security issue.
  3. Share the message text and sender with private codes removed.

Do not paste a working login code into the report. Remove secret information from a screenshot before sharing it.

Someone calling a request an internal test, verification shortcut, or urgent payout check does not make it safe. Identity documents belong in the secure Wallet flow, rather than a chat attachment or replacement upload link.

If someone accessed your account without permission

Ask Help chat for Security handover. If you still have access, use the account security page. Do not create a second account as a recovery step.

The assistant must not ask for secret codes to arrange handover. Tell it what happened and any relevant non-private error or message text.

Account information and identity

Support uses the trusted signed-in session for account-specific access. Typing a person's name, email, or payment ID does not prove that you own their account.

An assistant must not disclose another member's payment record. If a cashout lookup is not authorized, it can offer Account support without revealing the record or retrying the ownership error.

Common questions

They say they work for PerkHarbor. Should I send the code?

No. The same rule applies regardless of what the sender claims.

Can I send my passport here instead?

No. Use the secure Wallet verification flow.
