Can people in the same household have accounts?

Yes. Two eligible adults in the same home can each have one PerkHarbor account. The rule is one account per person, rather than one account for the entire home.

Keep each account separate

Each member must use their own identity and their own payout account. Do not send your rewards to another household member's PayPal account. You also cannot transfer or combine the balances from two PerkHarbor accounts.

For example, you and your partner can each have an account if you both meet the joining rules. Your partner cannot use your identity check or your payout account as a replacement for their own.

What counts as a second account?

An account that you create for yourself with a different email is still your second account. A different email does not make you a different member. The same rule applies if you use a different device.

Do not create a new account because:

  • You forgot how to sign in.
  • You cannot access your account email.
  • Your account is restricted.
  • You are waiting for an appeal.

Use the recovery or account review route for the existing account.

If you cannot access your account

  1. Check whether you joined with Google or with an email and password.
  2. Use the correct sign-in method.
  3. If you no longer have access to your email, ask Help chat for Account support.

A human must handle lost-email recovery. The AI assistant cannot change an account email from a chat request.

Common questions

Can I use a second account while an appeal is open?

No. Keep one appeal for the existing account. Creating another account does not remove the restriction.

Can I refer my own second account?

No. Self-referrals are not allowed, including when the accounts use different emails.
