My verification email is missing or the link has expired
Email verification confirms the email on your PerkHarbor account. It is separate from a password reset or the identity check for your first cashout.
The email has not arrived
- Wait 10 minutes after requesting the email.
- Check your spam or junk folder.
- Check that the email address is spelled correctly.
- Sign in and select Resend verification email if it is still missing.
If you already waited 10 minutes and checked spam and the address, you can request another email. You do not need to repeat those checks before each support message.
Do not share a verification code in chat. Support does not need your code to explain this process.
The link says it has expired
A verification link expires after 24 hours. Sign in, select Resend verification email, and open the newest email. Use only the newest link, even if an older email arrives later.
For example, a link requested 30 hours ago is outside the 24-hour period. Request a replacement rather than trying to make that old link work.
Check which link you need
| What you are trying to do | Link or route |
|---|---|
| Confirm your email | Email verification; link lasts 24 hours |
| Reset an email-and-password account | Forgot password; link lasts 30 minutes |
| Sign in with a Google account | Continue with Google |
| Complete the first cashout identity check | The secure flow in Wallet |
Still stuck?
Tell Help chat that the problem is email verification. Include how long you waited, the error text, and the checks you already completed. Do not include a full verification link or secret code.
If you cannot access the email account at all, ask for Account support. That is an account recovery issue, rather than a delayed verification email.
