How much do I need to cash out?

The minimum depends on the payout method. Use your available rewards, rather than your total balance including pending rewards.

Wallet amounts are in USD. A local currency amount received through a provider can be different after conversion and provider fees.

Check whether you meet the minimum

1. Open Wallet and check the available balance.
2. Choose the payout method you want.
3. Compare the available amount with that method's minimum.
4. Complete any required account checks through the secure Wallet flow.

Exactly 5 USD meets the PayPal minimum, subject to account checks. An available balance of 4.99 USD does not meet it. Do not round up the balance to 5 USD.

Gift cards start at 10 USD. You can use only the brands and amounts shown in Wallet. Reaching the minimum does not make every gift card brand in the world available.

Why is the cashout option unavailable?

First, check the payout method and available balance. Pending rewards cannot be withdrawn. A first cashout also needs the secure identity check shown in Wallet.

If these checks do not explain the problem, tell Help chat the method, available amount, and error message. Do not send full payment credentials or identity documents in chat.

Common questions

I have 7 USD in total. Why can I not take out 5 USD?

If only 4 USD is available and 3 USD is pending, the usable amount is 4 USD. The pending part does not meet the minimum.

Can I use my friend's available rewards too?

No. Rewards cannot be transferred or combined between members.
