What is the difference between pending and available rewards?

Your reward balance can contain both pending rewards and available rewards. Only the available part can be used for a cashout.

What each balance means

The normal pending period is up to 7 calendar days, unless the offer gives a different period. Calendar days include weekends. This period is different from the normal wait before reporting a missing reward.

The AI assistant cannot move pending rewards into the available balance or approve them itself.

Check the available amount

Do not add pending rewards to the available amount when checking a cashout minimum.

• If you have 4 USD available and 3 USD pending, you cannot request the 5 USD PayPal minimum yet.
• If you have 9 USD available and 2 USD pending, you cannot request a 10 USD gift card yet.
• If another reward is approved and your available amount becomes exactly 5 USD, the PayPal minimum is met, subject to the other account checks.

Pending reward or pending payment?

A pending reward means partner approval is still needed. A cashout status describes a payment request after that stage. If you ask support about something pending, say whether it appears in your reward balance or cashout history.

If the normal period has passed

Check the offer's own period first. Tell Help chat which offer is affected, how long it has been pending, and what the offer says. Support must not promise approval or a release time that the published terms do not provide.

Keep your evidence. Do not restart the offer, reinstall the game, or create a duplicate account to try to release the reward.
