What checks do I need for my first cashout?

Your first cashout needs the secure identity check shown in Wallet. Your payout account must belong to you, the PerkHarbor account holder.

Complete the check safely

1. Sign in to your own PerkHarbor account.
2. Open Wallet.
3. Follow the secure identity check shown there.
4. Keep any identity document inside that secure flow.

Do not send a passport, identity document, or verification code into Help chat. The AI assistant cannot provide a replacement document-upload link, approve the review, or waive the check.

Which payout account can I use?

Use your own payout account. A friend's PayPal account is not permitted. A partner or family member having their own PerkHarbor account does not allow you to use their payout details.

If your identity review is not approved yet, using another person's payout account is not a workaround. Complete the required check for your own account.

If your review is taking longer than expected

The normal identity review target is 3 business days. It is not a guaranteed completion time. If more than 3 business days have passed, ask Help chat for Verification review.

Only the verification team can approve or reject an identity review. The AI can explain the published steps and arrange the correct handover. It cannot claim that a review passed because you asked it to approve it.

Can I send my passport here to make it faster?

No. Use the secure Wallet flow. Do not attach identity documents to chat.

Can I use someone else's PayPal just this once?

No. The payout account must belong to the PerkHarbor account holder.

Does meeting the 5 USD minimum remove the identity check?

No. The minimum and the first cashout check are separate requirements.
