My account is restricted. How do I ask for a review?

Use Help > Account review to appeal a restriction on your existing account. Keep one appeal. Do not create another account while you wait.

Ask for account review

  1. Open Help.
  2. Select Account review.
  3. Explain the restriction you see and the problem you want reviewed.
  4. Keep later information with the existing appeal.

If you need a person to review it, ask Help chat for Account support. The AI assistant cannot remove a restriction or claim that an appeal has been approved.

Do not bypass the restriction

A different email, device, or sign-in method does not make a second account permitted. PerkHarbor allows one account per person. Do not create a new account to continue using offers during an appeal.

You also cannot use someone else's identity or payout account as a replacement for your own account checks.

Can support tell me the exact fraud rule?

Internal fraud rules, scores, and detection thresholds are not published. The assistant cannot disclose or invent a secret number or reason.

An unpublished threshold is not something the AI can infer from your balance, country, or a message copied from a forum. Use Account review for the restriction rather than asking for ways to avoid detection.

Common questions

Can I open a second account just until the appeal is done?

No. Keep using the review route for the existing account.

Can the AI lift the block right now?

No. It cannot change the restriction or promise the review result.

Is a separate adult in my household also banned from joining?

The general account rule allows eligible adults to have their own accounts. Support must not invent another person's account outcome from your restriction.
