How long does a cashout take?
The normal wait depends on your payout method. These times begin after approval. They are estimates, rather than guaranteed arrival times.

Business days are Monday to Friday, measured in UTC. A weekend is not a business day. A 24-hour gift card estimate is an elapsed-hour period, rather than two business days.
Before you ask about a delay
- Check whether the cashout was approved.
- Check the payout method.
- Check the current cashout status.
- For a gift card, check Wallet before checking email.
- For PayPal, check your PayPal activity and any provider reference shown.
A cashout marked sent means it was sent to the payout provider. It does not prove that the funds have reached your PayPal account or bank.
When to ask for support
If a PayPal cashout has not arrived more than 2 business days after approval, ask Help chat for Payments review. Include the cashout ID and the delay. Support must not promise a replacement, refund, or arrival time before a review.
If your gift card code appears but the merchant says it is invalid, check the merchant and country, then ask for Gift card review if it still fails.
Common questions
Does queued mean the two-day delivery is guaranteed?
No. Queued means waiting for processing. Check approval and the current status before applying the normal estimate.
Can the AI confirm the money is in my bank?
No. A PerkHarbor status alone cannot prove bank receipt.
