What does my cashout status mean?
Your cashout status describes a payment request. It is different from a pending offer reward in your balance.
Queued
Queued means the cashout is waiting for processing. It does not mean that the money has been sent. Do not treat the queued status as proof of provider or bank receipt.
Sent
Sent means PerkHarbor sent the cashout to the payout provider. It does not prove that the money has arrived in your PayPal account or bank.
Check PayPal activity and the provider reference for that cashout. The normal PayPal estimate is up to 2 business days after approval. If a payment is overdue, ask for Payments review rather than assuming that it needs to be resent.
Ask support to check a specific cashout
- Sign in to your own account.
- Give Help chat the cashout ID.
- Ask for the current status of that cashout.
The assistant needs a current lookup to report a particular cashout. It must not guess the status from an old message, help article, or the usual processing time.
For your protection, a typed name, email, or claim that you are signed in is not account authentication. The lookup uses the trusted signed-in session and checks that the record belongs to that member.
If the lookup fails
A temporary error can be retried once. If the second attempt also fails, the assistant must say that the status could not be checked and arrange Payments handover. It must not invent a status.
An ownership error must not be retried. Support cannot show another member's payment. It can offer Account support for an access problem.
What the AI cannot do
A status check is read-only. It cannot resend, cancel, approve, refund, or change the cashout. A successful lookup is not proof that any of those actions happened.
