How does the referral bonus work?

You receive 1 USD after a new eligible friend earns 10 USD in approved offer rewards. The friend must use your referral code during signup.

What counts toward the 10 USD?

Only approved offer rewards count. Survey rewards and referral bonuses do not count toward the threshold. A pending offer reward is not an approved reward yet.

For example, if your friend has 8 USD in approved offer rewards and 2 USD from surveys, the qualifying amount is 8 USD. Their total balance of 10 USD does not mean the referral threshold is met.

When should the bonus appear?

An eligible bonus normally appears within 7 calendar days after the friend reaches the qualifying threshold. This is not a promise of a particular payment time. Weekends count as calendar days.

The clock does not start just because your friend creates an account, starts a game, or has pending rewards.

Check a missing referral bonus

1. Check that the friend used your code during signup.
2. Check that they are a new eligible member.
3. Check whether their approved offer rewards reached 10 USD.
4. Separate survey earnings, referral bonuses, and pending rewards from that qualifying amount.
5. Check how long it has been since they qualified.

Common questions

My friend has earned 10 USD in total. Where is my bonus?

Check the type and approval state of those earnings. The total alone does not show whether the offer threshold is met.

Can a code be added after signup?

No. The code must be used during signup.

Can I invite myself?

No. Self-referrals are not permitted, including through a different email.
