How are offer deadlines calculated?

Offer completion deadlines use calendar days and UTC, unless the offer explicitly states a different rule. Save the terms and recorded start time when you begin.

Calendar days include weekends

A seven-day offer ends exactly 168 hours after its recorded start time. The timer does not pause on Saturday or Sunday.

For example, if an offer starts at 12:00 UTC on a Monday, its seven-day deadline is 12:00 UTC on the next Monday. Use the recorded start time rather than assuming that you have until midnight in your local time zone.

This differs from PayPal's normal processing estimate of up to two business days after approval. Business-day cashout timing is not the rule for an offer deadline.

Can support extend the time?

No. Support and the AI assistant cannot extend a partner offer deadline. Asking for help, waiting for a cashout, or having a tracking problem does not create a promised extension.

Support can review a reported tracking fault. That review does not guarantee credit or extra time. Keep the original game installation, saved terms, and evidence.

Offer deadline or claim deadline?

These are separate:

  • An offer deadline tells you when its requirements must be completed.
  • A missing reward claim must be submitted no later than 14 calendar days after milestone completion.

If you tell support that you missed a date, say which date you mean. The next step for a late claim differs from a request to extend an offer.

Common questions

Does seven days mean seven working days?

No, unless the offer explicitly says otherwise. The normal rule is calendar days.

Can the AI approve an extension?

No. It must not claim to change a partner deadline.
