What should I check before starting a game offer?

Read the offer page before you select Start offer. An offer can have requirements that are different from another offer for the same game.

Your pre-start checklist

  1. Country: Check that the offer accepts members who live in your country.
  2. Device: Check that your device is supported.
  3. New-player requirement: Check whether you must be a new user of that game.
  4. Milestone: Read the exact goal you must complete.
  5. Deadline: Check how much time you have from the recorded start.
  6. Purchase: Check whether a purchase is required.
  7. Evidence: Save a copy of the terms shown when you start.

Use the PerkHarbor Start offer link. Keep the same device and account for the offer. Do not use a VPN, proxy, emulator, or location spoofing to change the requirements.

What does new user mean?

A new-user offer requires a first installation on that device and no earlier account for that game. Deleting the game and installing it again does not make you a new user.

If you played the game on a tablet before, a fresh installation on your phone does not remove the earlier game account. Check the new-user rule before spending time or money on the offer.

Save the deadline with the other terms

Offer deadlines use calendar days and UTC unless the offer explicitly says otherwise. A seven-day offer ends 168 hours after its recorded start time. Weekends do not pause that clock.

If you are not sure you qualify

Ask about the requirement before you start. Support can explain the published terms. It cannot turn a returning player into a new player or extend a partner deadline.

Do not assume that a successful installation proves that every milestone will be eligible or credited. You still need to meet the offer's other requirements.
